Fynd.ai is a marketplace where people list items for sale and contact each other about them. We are not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, deliver, or guarantee any item listed, and we do not handle payment between buyers and sellers. Any transaction is between the two of you.
Listings are screened automatically before publishing, and we may remove any listing or account that breaks these rules.
Confirming your email proves the address is yours. Documents uploaded in Verified Status are stored against your account but are not checked by us, and submitting one does not verify your identity. Do not treat another user's submitted documents as proof of who they are.
Meet in public, inspect before you pay, and be cautious about advance payments. We cannot recover money you send to another user.
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to display it in the app so the marketplace can work. Delete a listing, or your account, and we stop showing it.
The app is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users.
We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
